Weekly Grind: Bestelo stuff on earth
That certainly looks like heaven, doesn't it?
If you live a busy schedule, and don't have time to prepare the perfectly ground espresso.
(or you lack a the cash to get those fancy grinders)
Then I highly suggest you get yourself some Cafe Bustelo.
It is a strong, bold, and aromatic espresso blend that my sister and I have favored as of late.
I do warn you, it is very strong coffee. You really do not need to use the double shot measurement on your espresso machine for this one.
On testing it, we discovered one shot through a decent commercial machine gave us the equivalent of four shots of the standard espresso you would get at a simple cafe.
You may need to sweeten it afterward. I highly recommend some comb-in or 'organic' honey. Basically any honey that is simply honey, with no fancy stuff.
But any light flavored sweetener would do the trick.
